Trying out Watercolor Technique / Take 2

Hello,

a new video from the watercolor technique mini-series! Today I tried some very simple coloring with my new watercolor markers, the Lyra Aqua Brush Duo.

These are such great markers with very pigmentated colors and I got the set of 24 colors for a very good price.

I’m working on the Canson Montval watercolor paper on which I stamped my flowers with Archival Ink, that is waterproof. This beautiful set that I am featuring today is from Altenew and is called Persian Motifs.

After coloring my images and trimming the paper like a million times, I finally decided which sentiment to use aswell as how to put together all the pieces I wanted to use. As a backing to my main panel I added some embossed vellum and also a strip of scalloped border paper.

Once again I used the Foam Tape Roll to add dimension. By the way, the great deal is still available on Amazon for this Foam Tape Roll. To embellish my card I added a bunch of sequins here and there.

I kinda see addiction around the corner 😀
