I have a lovely challenge to share with you today. It’s from IndigoBlu and I am sure many of you already know their wonderful vintage feel stamps. Here is a link if you want to take a look IndigoBlu Stamps. If you check their blog, you can find so many inspirational projects and the challenge for this week is called ‘Let it Snow’
It seems I can’t get enough of the WOW Metallic Brass Embossing Powder, as I am using it so so much lately:) To me it’s the perfect gold color and for the Holiday theme projects it works just great!
I used the ‘ I Wish You a Merry Christmas’ stamp to create the focal point of my card and I heat embossed it with the WOW gold powder. You can use this stamp in so many other ways, like coloring the words with different colors or stamp & mask the various words on different colored cardstock. I will for sure try other techniques:)
As you can see the layout of my card is simple, but it says everything thanks to the big & bold sentiment stamp. 🙂 You can mass produce your cards so fast with this stamp.
I added a bit of color with some red washi tape and sequins here and there. I just love this color combo: gold, teal and red! I used it even to decorate one of my livingroom wall:)
